Step 1

To start, the wide end should be on the left.

Step 2

Bring the wide end over the narrow end to the right, under to the top up through the loop at the neck.

Step 3

Bring it over to the left, and under to the right.

Step 4

Repeat this motion; bring it over through the top up through the loop at the neck, under to the left, and over to the right.

Step 5

Bring the wide end up through the loop at the neck and then back down through the knot. Tighten.
